First and foremost a father and a husband, Vladimir and his family moved to north Santa Rosa in 2017. He previously lived in Paris, France for 15 years, where he worked in the wine and the cider industry. For him, Sonoma County, with its world-class wines, international appeal, and down-home feeling, was an easy fit.
Vladimir quickly integrated himself into the cider industry here in California, which allowed him the time to learn about the market and begin building his understanding of California and the North Bay. Upon passing his California State Real Estate Exam, Vladimir was finally able to launch himself into the real estate industry, a field he’s been passionate about since his first years in university.
Vladimir’s goal is to make the process of buying or selling a house clear, ordered, and easy. Working with his client’s goal in mind, he is able to outline a plan of action and a timeline that everyone can understand and follow along. Vladimir works tirelessly to get the right options for his clients, keeping them updated along the way. Once the options have been vetted, Vladimir will walk his customers step by step through the forms, documents, and evaluations, all the way up to the final day, and handing over the keys.
